The welding method is open arc surfacing with self shielded welding wire and alloy powder

Q345 or Q235 steel plate shall be used as the specification base plate. The chromium content in the chemical composition of the wear-resistant layer shall be greater than 25%. The thickness of the wear-resistant layer shall be determined according to the actual needs of Party A.

The high temperature hardness exceeds the normal temperature hardness of high-speed steel at 600 ℃, and that of carbon steel at 1000 ℃.
